�TurBoard is a command driven system.  Any time you are at the "�>�" prompt, you can type any command, including "�?�".  Detailed command information is available by choosing one of the subtopics below:

�MAIL

�Use the format:  �? topic� where �topic� is one of the above choices.  Ex: �? MAIL
�
�If you are still confused, type �? HELP�.  

Return to the main menu at any time with the "�Q�" command.  (Stands for "quit".)  

If you are getting and "Okay." responce, turn expert mode off with the "�X�" command.
